Quick Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the OTP email?
Check Spam/Junk/Promotions.
Tap “Resend code” after 30–60 seconds.
Confirm the email you entered is correct.
If your company blocks external mail, ask IT to allow messages from our domain.
Push notifications not showing (if enabled)?
iOS Settings → Notifications → Aljeri Oracle → Allow Notifications. Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb.
Slow/blank pages (WebView):
Check your internet connection, pull to refresh (or close/reopen the app).
App crashes repeatedly:
Reboot the iPhone → reinstall the app → try again. If it persists, email us the steps to reproduce plus your iOS version and device model.
Account & Data
Update email: Sign out, then sign back in with the new email.
Delete account & data: In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (permanent). If you can’t access the app, email Usman.nawaz@aljeri.com from the registered address with subject “Delete my Aljeri Oracle account”.
