Privacy Policy

Summary

We do not sell your data, we do not show third-party ads, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We collect your email address to sign you in via one-time passcode (OTP)..

We may collect a device push token to deliver optional notifications you enable.

What we collect

You provide:

  • Email address (for account/login and support).
  • Support messages you send us (and any attachments you choose to share).

Collected automatically (app operation):

  • Push Notification Token (APNs/FCM) if you enable notifications, so we can deliver them to your device.
  • Basic device/diagnostic info (e.g., iOS version, device model) if you contact support or if iOS shares anonymized diagnostics you opt into at the OS level.
  • In-app WebView content is used only to display information; we do not scan or sell your WebView content.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data unless you explicitly grant permission for a feature that needs it (currently, the app does not require these).

How we use your data

Authentication: to send and verify your OTP and keep your session active.

App functionality: to show content and remember basic settings.

Notifications (optional): to send service messages you enable (e.g., updates).

Support & safety: to respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and secure the service.

As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages for your content. Have fun!

Legal bases (where applicable)

  • Contract/Legitimate interests: to provide and secure the app.
  • Consent: for notifications and any optional features you enable.

Sharing

We use trusted service providers acting on our instructions:

  • Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for notifications.
  • Hosting, email, and analytics providers we may use to operate support and the website.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Data retention

  • Account & email: kept while your account is active.
  • Push token: kept until you disable notifications, sign out, or uninstall the app.
  • Support emails: typically retained for up to 24 months for auditing and to improve support.
    You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights

Subject to your local laws, you may access, correct, export, object to, or delete your data.

  • In-app deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account (irreversible).
  • Or email Usman.nawaz@aljeri.com from your registered address with the subject “Data request – Aljeri Oracle”.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We protect data using reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit via HTTPS). No method is 100% secure; please keep your device updated and use a strong email account password.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if our practices change. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in-app or by email where appropriate.
